What is your quality like?

We sell first rate brand quality merchandise from companies such as Hanes and Fruit of the Loom

How do you keep your prices so low?

We do not have shops, we buy our t-shirts and other items in high volume so that you can create your custom t-shirt at low cost.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all listed prices include VAT at 17.5%

What is your sizing like?

We try and give as much information about sizing as possible. Below the picture of each product is a "size chart" button. Clicking this will give you relevant information about the product. As we supply products from different manufacturers sizes do vary from product to product.

Colours

Colours may vary on the product from what is shown on screen due to various factors such as monitor calibration. The colours shown are a guide only.

Visual Representation

Although we do everything possible to ensure your T-Shirt looks on screen how it will appear when you receive it, in reality it is impossible to always display an exact representation. Hence, users should be aware that the visual image displayed may not exactly match the T-shirt you receive.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

We offer a wide range of delivery options. You can pay more to ensure that your goods are delivered faster. Please see the delivery page for more information.

How long do you take to deliver?

Standard dispatch is up to 7 days, Express dispatch is 2-4 days and Next Day Dispatch means we will dispatch your goods the next working day. Once dispatched, your goods will usually arrive 1 working day later however we can make no guarantees on the time from dispatch to delivery as this is something we have no control over.

How do I change my account details?

How do I get a copy invoice?

We send an invoice with your order. Should you need a copy invoice:

Enter your user name and password
Your previous orders are shown in the first box.Click the order number.
Click printable invoice.

Security

Is buying on-line safe?

Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your goods.

We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when purchasing through the Internet:

11a. All sensitive information, including personal details as well as credit card information, is encrypted through the use of our secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data. You will see a padlock symbol on the bottom right of your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system. The URLS of secure pages also start with the prefix https://

11b. All historical information regarding credit card details is held on a payment providers secure server. We do not retain live records of customer personal details or credit card information on our web servers after the transaction has been completed (i.e. you will need to enter your details each time you order over the Internet).

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. For export orders we accept bank transfers. We do not accept American Express or Cheques.

Goods returns

What is your returns policy?

Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. However, once a product has been customised we are unable to accept the return of it. This excludes the case where the fault is on our part, in which case you should contact customer services. Remember, the image and colours displayed of your custom t-shirt displayed on screen are just a visual representation of your item and may not be 100% accurate.

Charities

Do you offer discounts for charities?

We would very much like to be able to help all of the people contacting us regarding charitable projects. However we have taken the decision to select two nominated charities who we donate to on a regular basis. We are happy to try and assist you in finding the most suitable products at the lowest price but we do not offer specific discounts or free products for charities.

What are your supplier policies?

Event-Shirts.co.uk (part of the Quayside Group) conducts business with those suppliers only who share the company's commitment to its high standards of business ethics.
