For peace of mind and flexibility, www.Event-Shirts.co.uk offers a wide range of dispatch options to suit your requirements.
Standard Dispatch - Dispatched within 7 working days.
We will dispatch your goods within 7 working days of ordering at a cost of £2 for the first item and then £1 for each additional item. The standard dispatch charge is capped at a maximum of £10.
Express Dispatch - Dispatched within 2-4 working days.
Your goods will be dispatched in 2-4 working days at a cost of £5 plus %25 of the cost of your items.
Next Day Dispatch - Dispatched the next working day.
Your goods will be dispatched the next working day by Courier (or in some cases Royal Mail) at a cost of £10 plus 50% of the cost of your items. So if you order on a Monday, your order will be dispatched Tuesday. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday.
All charges are calculated for you and shown when you choose your delivery option, so you will be able to see the exact delivery charge before you complete your order.
Orders are delivered by courier or Royal Mail.
Courier deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is dispatched and the delivery method used.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any information on the exact time of delivery, as we do not know which route the driver or postman will take. We can only say whether or not the order has been dispatched.
What happens if I am not in to receive the order?If the driver/postman is not able to deliver (as no one is in to accept the goods), your order may be:
a. left with a neighbour
b. Taken to the sorting office and a card left you to organise redelivery or collection
Normally two attempts will be made to delivery the goods by the courier. The driver will a card quoting a reference and contact telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a convenient delivery date.
If you do not contact the courier, the delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to contact us.

What happens if I want to cancel an order?
We try to ensure the shortest possible delivery time
In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched within hours. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel or change your order. So please ensure the details supplied are absolutely correct and you have ordered the sizes required. As the goods have been personalised we cannot accept return unless the goods are faulty.
Can you deliver orders outside the UK?
www.Event-Shirts.co.uk currently only delivers within the UK.
Can I return items I no longer require?
Once your goods have been customised and dispatched, Event-Shirts.co.uk is not able to accept any returns of your items. This applies unless the mistake is on our part or the goods are faulty, in which case you should contact customer serivces for instructions.
